Tele-Caller / Customer Support Executive – Full Job Description
We are looking for a Tele-Caller to handle customer communication, generate leads,
and maintain excellent service standards. The candidate must have good communication
skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and explain company services.
- Handle incoming calls and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain customer database and update call logs.
- Follow up on leads and convert into bookings or sales.
- Provide accurate information about services and offers.
- Coordinate with on-field service technicians.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good listening and customer handling capability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM).
- Ability to meet daily & weekly targets.
- Positive attitude and quick learner.
Education & Experience
- 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred).
