Business Loan: Approval is based on business turnover, documents, and financial history.
Loan Against Property: Valuation and legal verification are mandatory.

Interest rates, processing fees, prepayment charges, and penalties are determined solely by the respective financial institution and may change without notice.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate personal, employment, income, and banking information. Any incorrect or misleading data may lead to rejection or cancellation.

5. Fees & Payments

Any applicable service or consultation fees will be communicated before processing. Paid fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Your information may be shared with partner banks, NBFCs, and verification agencies only for loan processing, in compliance with applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be responsible for loan rejection, delays, credit score impact, or financial losses arising from lender decisions or customer default.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to Indian jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of revised terms.
